The Breath of Liberation

a poem to stir hope to ask for change

The spirit of oppression teaches subject lungs to thank Pharaoh for toxic air.

Ignorance thus exhausts life of vitality & envelopes slaves in the fog of vanity.

The spirit of liberation calls a people out of Egypt to teach tired lungs to long to taste forrest air cleaned of despair by hope.

The breath of hope teaches a people in slavery to ask Pharaoh for the wage of life & to plant trees for filtered air.
